I’ve found a healthier way to enjoy the taste of apple pie with my dairy free and vegan Apple Pie Smoothie. A delicious taste of apple pie with every sip but without the guilt! I’ve created two different versions: one using a whole apple and no banana and the other using applesauce with banana. Use as a healthy meal replacement or preworkout snack.

Copycat Tropical Cafe Island Detox Green Smoothie
The inspiration for this smoothie comes from my favorite smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Café: the Detox Island Green Smoothie. Pineapple, Mango, Banana, Spinach, Kale, Fresh Ginger, that’s it! It has the lowest calorie and sugar count on their smoothie menu. It’s naturally sweetened from the fresh fruit and no dairy is added. My recipe does not include kale; however, the taste is still amazing and fresh!
