This smoothie is very creamy with a great balance of being naturally sweetened with the banana and dates, and a delicious slight earthy undertone from the avocado and spinach. I like to add a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon for a little sweet spice. The texture of this avocado banana smoothie is thick and velvety thanks to both the avocado and banana which also add lots of healthy fats and fiber to fuel your day and satisfy for hours.
