How to make pineapple teriyaki meatballs

These Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs are so simple to make, but impressive and delicious! So juicy and flavorful and effortlessly put together for a quick appetizer that everyone will enjoy. Just three ingredients are all you need and finishes in less than 20 minutes on the stovetop or simmer in a crockpot for a larger crowd and even less effort.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Add frozen meatball to a large sauce pot, then add your teriyaki sauce. (Optionally, add to a crockpot)

Next, add the crushed pineapple to the pot.

Stir meatballs till evenly coated. Cook on high, bringing to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes (for thawed meatballs) or 15-17 mins (for frozen) stirring occasionally.

For a crockpot, cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours. (Better for larger portions)

Serve warm. Garnish with fresh pineapple, if desired.
