This is a great way to enjoy a caffeinated coffee drink in the summer, while adding some nutritional value and sustainment with the fruit, yogurt and protein powder.

Made with minimal nutritious ingredients and results in a smooth, thick and naturally sweetened smoothie. Bursting with delicious flavors and packed with nutrients, this would be a great breakfast-on-the-go or pre-workout boost. Makes 16oz.
Avocado Banana Smoothie
This Avocado Banana Smoothie is a healthy smoothie that has a great balance of being naturally sweetened with the banana and dates, however it has a slight earthy undertone from the avocado and spinach. I like to add a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon for a little sweet spice. The texture of this Avocado Banana Smoothie is thick and velvety, just right to me, but you be the judge!
