You won’t believe how much the taste resembles tropical bubblegum, not to mention how lovely the bright pink color is! Let’s begin!

How to make a Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Note: You can substitute the pineapple juice for 1/2 cup fresh pineapple if desired.

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into smoothie cup or blender in order listed, pulse a few times then blend on high for one minute, or until smooth.

Spoon smoothie mixture into a coconut bowl and garnish as desired.

I added milled flax seeds to resemble sand and cutout star fish shaped bananas to put on top. Coconut flakes are also a great topping to compliment the tropical flavors.

For an extra special touch, use a mermaid tail silicone mold, found HERE and melt dairy-free white chocolate or candy melts spoon in mold and let set.

For a magical sheen brush on some edible glitter, found HERE.

Don’t want to spoon out of a bowl? Just transfer to a glass and use a paper straw to sip it like a milkshake.

Enjoy!

Enjoy!
