Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
  • Juice from 1/2 large naval orange about 1/4 cup
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 4-5 cubes of ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a smoothie cup, in order listed, making sure ice is the last thing added. (if using a blender, start with ice)
  • Use smoothie setting to blend. If using blender, pulse a few times, then blend on high for one minute, or until smooth and creamy texture.
  • Pour into a glass or cup and enjoy.
  • If desired, sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg or clove on top.
