Refreshing summer drink idea

The long awaited summertime is HERE!!! School’s out, kids are going back to camps, trips, pools, and (hopefully) playing outside!😎 Playing outside for hours on end can make anyone thirsty and dehydrated. Try this easy blender recipe for watermelon kiwi quencher for a refreshing and hydrating drink idea. This delicious summer drink is the perfect solution to quench your thirst and nourish your body. Bursting with flavor and nutrients, this homemade drink is the perfect addition to your summer beverage lineup.

Watermelon is one of the most thirst quenching summertime fruits and a garden “must-have” in the southeast! (As long as you can prevent deer from snacking on them before harvest time.) My uncle Benny, a hardworking, good ol’ country guy, was the best at growing watermelon. They were always so juicy and sweet…he was quite the watermelon whisperer!🍉 Full of vitamins, electrolytes and lycopene, this Watermelon Kiwi Quencher drink is just what anyone needs to replenish themselves after a long day of playing or working outside. Made with fresh watermelon, kiwis, and strawberry sugar-free sports drink, it will keep you or your kids hydrated on a hot summer day.

Let’s begin!
