How to make a champagne margarita
- First, rim serving glasses with margarita salt by using a cut lime wedge and wetting the rim, then dipping rim of glass into salt. Fill glasses half full of ice.
- In a mixing cup, stir together first 3 ingredients and pour into serving glasses. Top off with champagne or sparkling white grape juice and garnish with lime. (If not using ice, fill a shaker with ice and add first three ingredients and shake, then pour into glass then top with champagne.)
Notes
For a mocktail version, replace the limoncello and tequila with lemonade and use sparkling white grape juice.
