tiki pool party food idea

These Jello Beach Cups are so adorable, they will be the envy of your Luau or pool party! Refreshing Jello, sweet and sour candies, and cute little graham cracker bears. Simple to put together, yet clever and delicious!

Let’s begin!

Ingredients:

IMG_2541.jpg
  • 1 packet blue Jello, (and water to make it)

  • Small clear plastic cups

  • Graham crackers, (crushed)

  • Graham cracker teddy bears (about 12)

  • Peach Rings

  • Sour Strip candy, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

  • Cocktail umbrellas (optional)

Instructions:

STEP 1: Prepare Jello, using manufacturers directions on box.

STEP 2: Place small plastic cups on a baking sheet and pour even amounts of Jello into each (makes approximately 12 depending on size of cup)

STEP 3: Place cups into refrigerator and let chill until set, about 2 hours.

STEP 4: Remove cups from refrigerator and decorate as desired. You can either spread crushed graham crackers on half of the Jello and then lay a sour strip candy down and place a teddy bear graham on top, or place a Peach Ring in middle of Jello, then put a teddy bear graham in the middle. Add a cocktail umbrella for fun, if desired. (see some examples below)

Enjoy!
