Nothing beats a good egg salad sandwich for breakfast…EXCEPT, my stepped up version, the Egg Salad & Avocado Sandwich, with Heinz’s new BuffaRanch sauce. Hard-boiled eggs, fresh avocado and BuffaRanch blend together perfectly for a healthy sustaining breakfast sandwich with a great flavor kick and easily enjoyed on whole grain bread with spinach or lettuce. (and add a tomato if you’d like!)

Egg Salad & Avocado Sandwich
This Egg Salad & Avocado Sandwich has a great flavor kick and easily enjoyed on whole grain bread with spinach or lettuce. Hard-boiled eggs, fresh avocado and Heinz's BuffaRanch blend together perfectly for a healthy sustaining breakfast sandwich.

- Chop up the hard-boiled eggs in a small bowl.
- Remove avocado meat from skin and discard pit. Chop up the avocado and add to the bowl with the chopped eggs.
- Add BuffaRanch sauce, salt and pepper. Stir together until evenly incorporated. (If you do not want the spicy BuffaRanch, you can substitute for Mayonnaise or Ranch.)
- Toast your favorite bread and build your sandwich!
