Egg Salad & Avocado Sandwich

This Egg Salad & Avocado Sandwich has a great flavor kick and easily enjoyed on whole grain bread with spinach or lettuce. Hard-boiled eggs, fresh avocado and Heinz's BuffaRanch blend together perfectly for a healthy sustaining breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs hard-boiled (Find instructions for hard-boiling HERE)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp Heinz BuffaRanch sauce (if can also add 1 tsp buffalo sauce to 2 tsp ranch dressing.
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the hard-boiled eggs in a small bowl.
  • Remove avocado meat from skin and discard pit. Chop up the avocado and add to the bowl with the chopped eggs.
  • Add BuffaRanch sauce, salt and pepper. Stir together until evenly incorporated. (If you do not want the spicy BuffaRanch, you can substitute for Mayonnaise or Ranch.)
  • Toast your favorite bread and build your sandwich!
