How to make no flour pancakes
- In a small bowl, mash banana and add egg.
- Mix together thoroughly.
- Next, add cinnamon and oats and mix until will combined.
- Let mixture rest in bowl for at least 5 minutes, then stir in nuts and cook pancakes immediately.
- Scoop batter with 1/4 cup measuring cup and add to a buttered pan or griddle at medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook another 1/2 minutes until done.
- Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with fresh bananas and extra chopped walnuts.
Notes
NOTE: These pancakes will not bubble on sides like a flour recipe, so look for a golden brown color before flipping and watch carefully.
