Watermelon Tea Popsicles

Definitely made for summer, these watermelon tea popsicles will not only cool you down, but may even add a level of sun protection with all the lycopene from watermelon, and tea that contains rose hips. Just two ingredients for a cool, tasty summertime treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups watermelon cubed.
  • 1 cup herbal tea containing rose hips brewed and cooled.

Instructions
 

  • Add your watermelon and tea to a smoothie or blender cup and blend until smooth and well mixed, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer to a measuring cup with spout (or use a funnel) and pour into popsicle molds.
  • Put the lids on, and place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
  • For help unmolding, place popsicle mold into a container of warm water for about 20-30 seconds.
  • Enjoy!
