This delicious and creamy smoothie bowl is made with cooked purple sweet potatoes, blueberries, peaches along with a touch of honey, cherry juice and vanilla for a perfectly blended and very creamy smoothie full of nutritious benefits and packed with antioxidants and is allergy friendly (gluten free, dairy free and vegan.)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked purple sweet potatoes click HERE for instructions on cooking
  • 1 cup chopped peaches or one whole peach, pit removed
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup 100% black cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetend vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp raw honey use maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a smoothie cup or blender. Pulse a few times, then blend on high for one minute or until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour smoothie mixture into serving bowl and top with garnishes, if desired, and enjoy!
