Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup chicken bone broth
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: Sprinkle of ground nutmeg or clove.

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients, in order, to a smoothie cup and blend using smoothie setting. (Alternatively, add all ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times, then blend on high for at least one minute, or until smooth.)
  • Pour into serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg, clove or extra pumpkin pie spice, if desired and enjoy!
