Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp plant protein powder your choice, chocolate or vanilla both works great!
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
  • 3/4 cup brewed and cooled coffee your choice on how strong!
  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice for an extra pumpkin pie flavor kick!
  • extra peanut butter for drizzle, heated slightly in microwave

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or smoothie cup. Pulse a few times or start on low, then increase speed to high and blend for at least 1 minute or until creamy and smooth. (See note below different blender mixing)
