Peaches n' Cream Overnight Oats

This recipe for overnight oats includes one of my childhood favorite fruits, eastern peaches, along with sweet vanilla and almond flavors to give you a delicious, care-free breakfast you will love to wake up to. Everything is mixed together in a few minutes and put in the fridge overnight and ready to enjoy when you wake up.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt dairy-free or Greek
  • 1/3 cup peeled and diced peaches
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 small vanilla coffee creamer approximately 1 ½ tsp (I used International Delight French Vanilla individual serving)
  • pinch of salt
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Honey drizzled
  • Extra dollop of yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a resealable bowl or jar, then stir together until evenly mixed.
  • Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours, then open and enjoy cold.
  • For a warm treat, heat on high in microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 45 seconds.
  • Stir and enjoy.
