Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or smoothie machine, pulse a few times, then blend on low for 15 seconds, then on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Notes
For a smoother texture, juice your carrots first, using a juicer.For a thicker texture, add less pineapple or orange and more yogurt.
