My Orange Creamsicle Smoothie is a creamy and dreamy delight! Fresh mandarin oranges, banana, and vanilla yogurt make this simple and satisfying smoothie a great breakfast, snack or pre-workout boost. Makes approximately a 16oz serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 1 medium banana slices
  • 1/2 cup Silk unsweet vanilla almondmilk yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
  • dollop of yogurt
  • orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients, in order, to a smoothie cup and blend using smoothie setting. (Alternatively, add all ingredients to a blender in reverse order and pulse a few times, then blend on high for at least one minute, or until smooth.)
  • Pour into serving glass and garnish with a dollop of yogurt and orange zest, if desired.
