Ocean Blue Smoothie Bowl is a vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free breakfast or snack that combines tropical frozen fruits and plant milk with nutrient-rich blue spirulina. Easy to make in under 5 minutes, it’s a fun and colorful treat topped with coconut, yogurt, or edible seashells. Perfect for healthy mornings or a sunny snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen avocado chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or plant milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen banana, mango, avocado, pineapple, almond milk, and spirulina to a blender.
  • Pulse a few times to break up the fruit.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Pour into a bowl.
  • Use the back of a spoon to create a wave effect on one side of the bowl.
  • Garnish with shredded coconut, flax seeds, yogurt, or decorative chocolate if using.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
