Ingredients
  

  • 1 14oz can hearts of palm, drained
  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • 1/2 shallot onion or red onion
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste start with 1/4 tsp each

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse a few times, then puree or blend on high until smooth consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
