Instructions
Add red onion, cilantro, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, lemon juice, honey, and salt to a blender or food processor. Pulse until well blended.
Add the fresh tomatoes and drained canned tomatoes. Pulse again until you reach your desired salsa consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. For a thinner salsa, blend more. For chunkier salsa, pulse briefly.
Pour into a bowl and serve right away, or chill in the fridge before serving.
