Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Warm fall spices blended with healthy pumpkin puree, banana, dates and almond milk to create a seasonal and healthy smoothie! It’s a simple recipe that is quick to whip up, and for those who enjoy a smoothie regularly, this would be a nice seasonal change from your normal summer berry blend. Definitely for pumpkin spice lovers!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 large pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice see recipe below in notes for making your own
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 5 large ice cubes

  • Add all ingredients, in order listed, to a smoothie cup or blender.
  • Use smoothie setting, or pulse a few times, then blend on high for one minute or until smooth.
  • Enjoy as is, or sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon.
  • Makes a 16 oz serving.
