  • 1 cup frozen pitted cherries heaping cup
  • 5.3 oz container Silk Greek coconutmilk yogurt alternative or a heaping 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp Vital Proteins vanilla collagen creamer or vanilla protein powder of choice
  • juice from 1/2 large lemon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3-4 large ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or smoothie cup. Pulse a few times or start on low, then increase speed to high and blend for at least 1 minute or until creamy and smooth.
  • Pour smoothie mixture into serving glass or cup and garnish if desired. Enjoy this sweet tasting yet healthy treat immediately, or add mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for a frozen treat whenever the craving hits!
