Instructions
Chop the dark green broccoli florets off the stalk, chop into smaller pieces, and add to a large bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and red wine vinegar to make the dressing.
Pour dressing over chopped broccoli and mix until well coated and incorporated.
Finely chop onion and add on top of broccoli.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top of onions.
Add the chopped bacon over top of the cheese. **
Refrigerate until needed, then just before serving, toss and mix all ingredients together.
