Homemade S’mores Iced Coffee

I’m throwing my inhibitions aside and reliving one of my childhood favorites - grown up style: S’mores iced coffee! Don’t overpay at the coffee shop for this easy-to-make iced coffee has all the tasty nostalgia I need for getting my s’mores kick! Recreate the deliciousness of a s'mores iced coffee in the comfort of your own home. This homemade version uses marshmallow creme (or some call it fluff) chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs, along with your favorite chilled coffee and choice of milk. I made mine a dairy-free version because I am lactose intolerant, but feel free to use real dairy.

It's the perfect combination of sweet and caffeine!

I garnished this one with extra marshmallow creme, mini marshmallows and chocolate syrup in a glass rimmed with chocolate and graham cracker crumbs for an extra indulgent presentation, but keep in mind that the garnish is optional and nutritional value is only for the s’mores iced coffee.

Let’s begin!

S’mores iced coffee ingredients

  • 1 tbsp marshmallow creme (or fluff)

  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

  • 2 tsp graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almondmilk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 cup coffee (chilled)

Optional garnish: extra marshmallow fluff, mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs.

Instructions

adding coffee to make a smores iced latte

Add ingredients in order: Marshmallow fluff, chocolate syrup, graham cracker crumbs, ice, milk and coffee. Garnish, is desired.

Enjoy as a layered drink or stir all ingredients together. Keep in mind, this recipe is very customizable. You can reduce the amount of marshmallow creme or chocolate syrup if you want to cut back on calories a little. (It will still be delicious!)

Move over fancy coffee shop because this homemade version is WAY cheaper and just as delicious! I found the Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme and mini marshmallows in the dollar tree for $1.25 each. They also had chocolate syrup, but I already had that and some graham crackers at home.

This indulgent summer drink brough back a lot of memories of making smores by a fire with my family when I was a kid. Hope you enjoy! I would love to hear feedback or if you have questions, please comment below (at bottom of post below recipe card.)

Enjoy!
