Doesn’t everyone just love a indulgent hot cup of coffee or cocoa every now and then? This Raspberry Hot Mocha will definitely hit the spot and fulfill your sweet craving. Most people, including my husband, gives me some crazy looks when I enjoy a hot coffee anytime other than fall or winter. It’s just so soothing and fulfilling to sip on a hot drink anytime of the year for me, but if you’re not like me and prefer an ice cold refreshment….simply let it cool, pour over ice, and top with some whipped cream if you like. This recipe is made on the stovetop with a few simple ingredients and serves two. It’s rich chocolate flavor combined with the sweet raspberry makes this a most enjoyable indulgence!
