Make this Cupid Smoothie Bowl for someone and they will surely fall in love with you...or at least this delicious treat. Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) mango and banana along with Origine’s vanilla extract, coconut sugar and a pinch of cardamon to add a sweet flavor burst. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or a healthy afternoon snack. This Cupid Smoothie Bowl blends beautifully together for a pretty shade of pink, perfect for a Valentine’s or romantic breakfast. Let’s begin!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes (pink pitaya)

  • 1/2 mango, chopped

  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced

  • 1/4 tsp cardamon

  • 1 tsp Origine Organic Coconut Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Origine Organic Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 4-5 large ice cubes

Optional garnish: shredded coconut, mango and strawberries cut into heart shapes.

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a smoothie cup or blender and use smoothie function or pulse a few times, then blend on high for one minute or until smooth and creamy.

Transfer to a bowl and add garnishes, if desired.

Dig in and fall in love!
