Baked Cobbler Oats Breakfast
Cobbler for breakfast?β¦.YES PLEASE!! This Baked Cobbler Oats Breakfast is a comforting and healthy way to start the day. Put away those cereal bowls and preheat the oven for this delicious breakfast for two, (or one!π) This is meant to be baked in a small dish. I used a 5 x 7 (pictured above) and also a round 6 inch diameter dish, both turned out great. You could also use a small cast iron skillet. The fruit you choose can be versatile. I used fresh plums, but you can also use peaches, apricots, or fresh figs or get creative with what you have in season.
