This Dairy-FreeRaspberry Banana Smoothie has to be one of my personal top three favorite smoothies. Made with minimal nutritious ingredients and results in a smooth, thick and naturally sweetened smoothie. Bursting with delicious flavors and packed with nutrients, this would be a great breakfast-on-the-go or pre-workout boost. Protein content is 4.9, so feel free to add more protein for a post workout recovery meal, protein powder would be best to add along with 1-2 tablespoons of extra plant milk. Makes a 16oz serving.
