This Immune Boost Smoothie is packed full of nutrients, protein, healthy fats and carbs to fuel your day. This delicious smoothie is meant as a meal replacement or after a hefty workout to replenish and restore. It provides immune boosting nutrients as vitamin C, E, and A and lots of potassium along with antioxidants. Avocado, kiwi, banana and carrot juice are all included in this tasty smoothie, along with raw honey, ginger, gut healthy dairy-free yogurt and anti-inflammatory turmeric.
