Spring and Easter are right around the corner and definitely what inspired me to create this Carrot Cake Smoothie. I’m SO ready for longer, warmer days and for God to paint the trees and fields with blooms and flowers in His magnificent colors. It may be early, but I wanted a little taste of spring and this Carrot Cake Smoothie absolutely hit the spot. Full of flavors from one of my favorite cakes: carrots, pineapple, cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of dairy-free cream cheese is all packed in this delicious and healthy smoothie.
