Let’s begin!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

STEP 1: Use the small circle cutter to punch out bite size circles and set aside on a sheet of waxed paper.

STEP 2: Melt white chocolate, using manufacturer’s directions (I heated for 60 seconds, stirred and heated in 15 seconds increments if needed more)

STEP 3: If you have gray food coloring, add a few drops into melted chocolate and stir. I did not, so I made my own color using two parts blue and one part red.

STEP 4: Once you achieve the color desired, pour chocolate into the silicone molds, give it a little jiggle to remove air bubbles, scrap excess off of mold and set on tray in fridge to set chocolate. (usually takes about 15 minutes)

STEP 5: Scoop out a 1/4 cup portion of uncolored icing and set aside for later use.

STEP 6: Color the remaining icing light blue or teal (for the ocean color) and add some to a frosting bag with a #18 Wilton star tip.

STEP 7: Spread a small amount of frosting on each brownie, then unmold the chocolate shark fins and place one in the center of each brownie.

STEP 8: Using Wilton star tip #18, start frosting around shark fin, in an upward motion, adding the wave effect.

STEP 9: Using reserved white frosting, use a toothpick to spread a little on the back of each fin, if desired.
